For families and households

If you weren’t here, could they get in?

It isn’t a morbid question — it’s a practical one. Most households keep the passwords in one person’s head. In one sitting, we write down what your family would actually need, and you keep it.

What you walk away with

A complete list of what matters

Every account your household depends on — bank, email, phone, insurance, subscriptions — found, listed, and organized in one place.

A written “if I’m not here” plan

Plain-language steps a person you trust could actually follow — written for a family member, not a technician.

You own it, and you keep it

The list and the plan are yours. No subscription, no app to learn, and nothing that stops working if we do.

Who it’s for

  • Couples where one person has always handled the computer
  • Anyone who has thought “if something happened to me, they’d never find any of this”
  • Adult children helping a parent get organized — with the parent in the room
  • People who have a will, and realize none of this is in it

How it works

  • A free 30-minute call to check it’s a good fit and get you ready
  • One focused 2–3 hour session together — nothing is changed while we’re in it
  • Your list and plan, written up and delivered within 3 business days
  • A follow-up call to walk through everything with whoever should know

What you’ll need on hand

  • Your usual computer, and your phone next to it (for login codes)
  • Whoever knows the logins, for the whole session
  • Access to the email your accounts use for password resets
  • A rough list of your banks, insurers, and regular bills

$495, flat

Fixed scope, one price, no surprises. This sits alongside your will — it doesn’t replace it, and we’ll say so plainly if a lawyer is what you actually need.

What this isn’t

  • Not tech lessons — we’re not here to teach you your phone
  • Not legal or financial advice — it sits alongside your will, not instead of it
  • Not us holding your passwords — you keep everything, and we don’t retain your list

Things most people don’t know exist

Apple and Google both let you name someone who can reach your account if you can’t — almost nobody knows those settings are there. Most banks let you add a trusted contact. And a family safe word is still one of the best defenses against a call that sounds exactly like your grandchild. We set all of it up with you.

Not sure if this fits your family? Just ask.

A short phone call is enough to tell whether the plan would help. If it isn’t a fit, we’ll say so plainly.
