Your privacy, in plain words
We collect only what you choose to send us, we use it only to help you, and we never sell it. We never ask for your passwords — not on this site, and not in a session.
What we collect, and when
- When you fill in a form — your name, phone number, email if you give it, and whatever you write. The form is delivered to us by Formspree, a form-delivery service, and arrives in our email.
- When you book a call — Cal.com, our scheduling service, takes your name, email, the time you pick, and any answers you give.
- When you ask for your checklist by email — your email address and which lines you ticked, so we can send the list back to you.
- When you join the Tuesday Tidbit — your email address. We add it to our list by hand, and you can leave anytime by replying “no thanks.”
What we don’t collect
- No passwords, ever.
- This site doesn’t use advertising trackers or tracking pixels, and we don’t set cookies.
- Your text size, contrast, and phone/computer choices are saved in your own browser so the site remembers them. They never leave your device.
Other services this site relies on
- Hosting: the site is served by Cloudflare. Like any website host, it sees that a visit happened.
- Counting visits: to learn which pages are useful, we may count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying you.
- Fonts: the site’s typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google’s servers for them.
How long we keep things
- Questions and requests: as long as it takes to help you, and no longer than we need them.
- Business audit clients: we keep an encrypted copy of your final documents for up to seven years, in case you ever need a copy, then destroy it. Working notes are deleted once you’ve accepted the plan.
- Household plan clients: once you have your documents, we keep no copy at all.
- Tuesday Tidbit: until you ask to leave.
